I was responsible for developing local marketing materials and positioning for NPI products. For instance, I redefined the approach for the X10 projector by adopting a lifestyle-oriented tone instead of a technical one. Collaborating with the product management team, we identified the target audience as males aged 35-50, primarily yuppies focused on quality of life and homeowners pursuing a refined lifestyle. We organized and executed local photoshoots in various styles to highlight the product's features and benefits. Beyond creating marketing content, we strategically selected communication channels, such as men's fashion magazines, to effectively reach our target audience.
